About Workshops

ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEXT GENERATION BATTLEFIELD
IN A TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED ERA?

Four workshops will be organized during the FF14 to answer this question:

FF 2014 is traditionally the gathering place for both military and civil experts. All workshops are tailored to ensure a relevant expert’s and industry-focused experience. Furthermore, every session is chosen for its value and ability to advance the professional development of each attendee.

Members of military research and development, logistics and acquisition organizations are also on hand to share their experience with you.

Key areas of expertise and responsibility are as follows:

Cutting-Edge Products and Technology on the market for other uniform services are also to be presented (Law Enforcement, Integrated Emergency Systems and Private Security Organisations etc.).

Who is Already Involved?

Workshops are to be organized during the second and third day of the FF14 and, along with other countries, more than 100 experts will attend from the following countries and organizations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, NATO, EDA, etc.

How Can I Get Involved?

To gain the most exposure from this specialist and captive audience, sponsoring or exhibiting at the FF14 would provide the greatest return on investment. This could include anything from exhibiting or running a technology demonstration to speaking in the workshops or hosting a lunch or cocktail reception.

Please also note that all participating exhibitors are more than welcome to submit their own presentations.
For participants to be a part of the largest discussions on the future trends of defence and security, we have located the ‘Centre for Workshops’ on the show floor.

Industry Slot (Company Presentation or Live Demonstration)
Exhibitors: 1,500 € / 20 min.
Non-exhibitors: 3,000 € / 20 min.

Admission Fee: 225 € / workshop
Exhibitor, speakers, partners, VOPs, distinguished guests, students, academia, military and government representatives, NATO and EC Agencies representatives free of charge.

Workshops registration:

Registration should be made by submitting the Workshop registration form till 10 October 2014.
On-site registration at the venue will not be possible

Proceedings:

The workshop proceedings will be in English. All papers and reference documents, will be accessible within 14 days after the workshop. Access to the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site  is included in the delegate registration.

Access Badges:

Workshop badges are to be collected at the registration desk at PVA EXPO Praha, starting at 08.30. Badges will only be issued to registered delegates.     

Workshops Catalogue:

Delegates will receive a copy of the workshop catalogue.

Workshops Refreshment

Refreshments will be available to all delegates each morning and afternoon (included in the workshop fee). Lunch will also be available for Speakers (VIP area in the Exhibition Hall). All breaks offer extraordinary networking opportunities.

Hotel Accommodation:

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. The organizers prepared a list of recommended hotels in downtown of the City of Prague.

Terms and Conditions:

To attend the Workshops it will only be possible if payment has been received in full before 10 October 2014. Delegates will receive confirmation by fax or email. Delegate places cannot be shared. Substitution of a delegate, however, is permitted (the organizer must be informed about such changes though between 14:00 – 16:00 hrs on 15 October 2014). 15% of any fee will be charged for any  cancellation if received in writing before 15 September 2014. No refund of delegate fees will be made for any cancellation received after 15   September 2014. The organizers reserve the right to modify the workshop programme, speakers, timing and venue without prior notice and cannot be liable.
